Neighbourhood
– Neighbourhood very sensitive to noise. Please respect the tranquillity and rules of good behaviour.
– No noise after midnight.
– Parties are not allowed in the property or in the common areas.
Pool
– It is forbidden to bring glass/bottles to the pool area.
– It is mandatory to comply with the rules set forth in the pool area
Garbage
– To avoid insects, we recommend throwing out the garbage every two days. Please separate glass waste (green container), plastics and containers (yellow container) and the rest (normal and organic = gray container). Before checking out, we ask the guest to throw out their garbage.

After the free cancellation period has expired, the cancellation fees will be 100%.
